Julie Boon
Chief Financial Officer
Julie Boon serves as Chief Financial Officer at EAI, and is responsible for management of the budgets, accounting and financial integrity of the company, as well as supervision of much of the support staff. She had a successful career for 15 years in the interior design and retail furniture industry with her family’s store, Harris Furniture Studio, located in the West University area for almost 60 years.
Julie has claim to having the longest history at EAI – back to the time before EAI existed. Back in 1987, she became good friends with Darrel Salvaggio, the founder of EAI. Over the past 20 years, Julie stayed involved with the EAI family and was fortunate enough to meet her husband, Steve Boon, at an EAI event. The years passed, and when the opportunity to purchase EAI presented itself in 2005 – it was an easy decision and choice for her to make.
She also is a proud member of the Woman Within community, and serves on their Board of Directors. She is passionate about sewing, cooking, gardening, fishing and spending time in the outdoors.
“I have spent half of my life involved in drug & alcohol recovery and at EAI. It is part of my past and my future, and has defined the woman I am in many ways.”
