After an extensive audit by the VA and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), EAI was rated as exemplary in services and facilities provided.
“At the conclusion of our site audit, the VA team was very impressed with the recovery program at EAI and the comfortable atmosphere that it projects,” stated Terri Riha with the VA Hospital.
EAI is now offering an additional 25 beds to Veterans who are in need of substance abuse treatment through the Veteran’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. For years, EAI has had a working relationship with the VA as we have served their clients under our other substance abuse contract. With the influx of service members returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, there has been a dramatic increase of men in need of chemical dependency treatment. EAI firmly believes in providing the help these men need to lead addiction-free lives.
